COVID-19 RESPONSE
HPM Property Management is closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) on our residents, employees, and the communities we serve. As always, HPM remains dedicated to serving our residents and clients. At this time, we are following guidance from the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and have implemented temporary policies and procedures for our operations and following guidelines of social distancing for the safety of our residents and employees. Based on the recent suggested protocols from public health experts, the precautionary measures we are taking include, but are not limited to, the following:

As an example, Governor DeWine’s office has eliminated the waiting period for Unemployment Benefits CLICK HERE FOR INFORMATION http://jfs.ohio.gov/ouio/CoronavirusAndUI.stm. and the Federal Government is also working on a stimulus package to send payments to Americans that can help to pay rent and living expenses.
